This place isn’t the best. They don’t map your eyebrows. It went from 15 to 17 and the ladies go to the back to chill and make you wait. If you’re Arab they ask personal questions and If you’re a person of color you’ll notice the difference in how you’re treated.

I went to brow queens on yesterday it was my first getting my eyebrows threaded. To say I'm not impressed with my service. I told her I didn't want them thin....low and behold she did them thin...I played nice and was like it's ok..but I will never go again. I felt she didn't want to touch me had me holding my on eye...just not a pleasant experience....It's a no for me!!!!

10/10 would recommend. Frist time ever getting my eye brows done. They were a complete mess and these ladies got them looking like I just got done with a full spa Trement. Will 100% be coming back and will be recommending all my family members.

I been customer for so many years, last time I got I am not happy about it. Not take time for my brow. My hair barely got take out. After 2 days look like I need to get another thread again. Please make sure you train the staff to not be rush. I always love this place. Not sure why this time are not up to what I like . Hopefully next time is comeback the same quality.
