Amazing service every single time
I went to this place for a simple face wax and walked out BURNED — literally. The wax was way too hot, and now I have painful red marks all over my cheek and temple that look like burn scars. I came back the next day to show them what they did to my face, and instead of apologizing or trying to help, they gave me a HARD TIME like I was making it up. I came twice on Saturday and they are closed before time. I am in front of the store 8:30 and they are totally closed seems from long time ago. I am disappointed because I come from 30min away from the mall. :(
I go there every time for my brows. Rita does an amazing job and is very patient. Never had a bad experience with her.
