I recently visited this eyebrow place with a friend to get our eyebrows tinted, and we had a terrible experience. First, the technician did not tint our eyebrows evenly. When we asked her to fix them, she became very defensive and claimed that the unevenness was due to our natural eyebrow shape, which she said she couldn't change. After about 10 minutes, she removed my tint, but it didn’t hold at all. When I asked her why, she became angry and told me that I didn’t know anything about tinting. My visit to Brow and Body was extremely disappointing. The eyebrow tinting didn't hold at all, leaving me with unsatisfactory results. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly disrespectful. When I voiced my concerns, the lady who assisted us was rude and went as far as to push me out of the establishment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend Brow and Body to anyone seeking quality service or respectful treatment.
