I had been going to Brow Betty for over a year and felt extremely lucky to had Michelle without knowing her initially or know her work. I never had an issues because I would just come to bb for Michelle. The receptionist is not friendly or nice. And I have met her at MY work. But she doesn't remember that and for being there over year..,never remembered my name. I always booked my next appointment after my brow wax. I LOVE going to Brow Betty!! I never thought getting my brows done would make such a difference in how I look! Every time I leave there I look more awake and younger!! I've had great brow shaping, lip and bikini waxes. I pop into either location, can always get in and have never had a bad experience. SO glad they are a local small business that is doing awesome and gives back to the community. They are professional, fun and I look forward to my appointment every time!

I have been going to Brow Betty since they first opened. I love getting my brows done there. The staff is so friendly and professional. The salon is super cute and clean. Best of all, my brows are perfect every time! I used to get them done at the nail salon and didn't think that going to a place that specializes in brows would make a difference. I was so wrong! Working there was a NIGHTMARE! At first it was fabulous everything I wanted as a receptionist then being there for such a short time and seeing the TRUE COLORS of the staff and owners quickly changed everything. As a receptionist I was basically running their business not being appreciated for the hard work I did nor was I being paid enough for their crap. They are unreliable and greedy. Beautiful Eyebrows! – After moving to Portland two years ago, I tried in vain to find someone to shape my eyebrows. I used to get threading done on the East Coast before we moved out here and I tried several places in the greater Portland area to get my eyebrow shape and arch back. I only found two places that performed threading, and while they were ok, I was not happy with the shape. Super Cute – I've been checking out their website for a while. Decided to check it out and its really a super cute place with friendly staff. Clean, inviting and bright. Now if I could've gotten it together to write this review earlier. A brow wax is a little spendy but every thing else is priced well. Well worth the drive out to Tigard. It's hard to make a bikini wax enoyable but somehow she did (I think Terry was her name). Check them out :)
