I’ve been going here since 2023. But once I went there at 7:30pm. Their closing time is listed as 8pm. I drove all the way from West Des Moines and the lady asked me to come back the next day as it was too late and she had another customer that required a 30 min treatment. My eyebrows typically take about 5 mins and I even agreed to wait the 30 mins. But she rudely said no and then just ignored me all over.

I went to get my eyebrows done and they still looked unfinished. I paid $15 for something that definitely wasn’t worth it. I asked for henna, but the lady started trying to cut my eyebrows without even asking me what I wanted. She was rushing the whole time and didn’t even wait for the henna to dry properly. It felt careless and unprofessional. I’ll never come back, and I honestly hope this place gets shut down. Don’t go here unless you want to leave disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Manisha and another staff member have been nothing but drama—rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. One day, Manisha told another tech that I said she messed up my eyebrows, which was completely untrue. I never said that. It was just unnecessary drama that I don’t engage in—I come to get my service and leave. Even with them gossiping back and forth, I continued to go, trying to ignore it.
