I arrived during business hours that were listed and the women made me wait while she microwaved and ate her dinner. This is the second time this has happened.

amazing place, always gets the job done and doesn’t take long ( i get my brows done with thread )
I’ve been going here since 2023. But once I went there at 7:30pm. Their closing time is listed as 8pm. I drove all the way from West Des Moines and the lady asked me to come back the next day as it was too late and she had another customer that required a 30 min treatment. My eyebrows typically take about 5 mins and I even agreed to wait the 30 mins. But she rudely said no and then just ignored me all over.
