The staff was busy talking on phone on loudspeaker and was communicating to the customers with some gestures.. there were at least 3 customers when I went there and i did not see she communicated to any of them. Not satisfied this time.
I should’ve checked who I had but no thank you, this is my last time going there, I left bleeding and I went in there for upper lip threading and she was just rude! she did not take her time, it hurt so bad! and she didn’t even get everything.
I wish I could give a 0 star !! Technician rushed me out the chair now my eyebrows uneven and made it uneven I'm so upset!!
I walked in with thick brows that I have been growing out since October. I told the person working today that I wanted to keep them somewhat thick and style them. She took too much off my right brow, that it's noticable. I expressed my concern to her and she said she couldn't do too much. Then when I go to pay, I pull out my PNC debit card and shes messing around on her phone with the translator & loud as day she sets the phone up so I can hear it ask me, "Are you paying with an EBT card?"
