I feel that the customer service was lacking. Had a scheduled appointment and ended up waiting for 35 minutes. There were two other free technicians during this time. No one appropriately acknowledged us or the long wait.
I love seeing Heather at Brow Bar for my tint and wax on my eye brows! Always leave there loving them !
I came in last week and got my eyebrows shaped by Heather, they are the BEST they’ve ever looked. She did exactly what I wanted and she is so sweet and down to earth! Will definitely be coming back to see her!
