I came to do my brows she left them super uneven I wanted wax she insisted on thread I let her do her thing I trusted she would do them good but she left them super uneven and thin

Went to get my eyebrows done yesterday i specifically told the lady my skin was very sensitive and i wanted only wax no thread since it would cut my skin, once i close my eyes she did thread regardless i stopped her immediately but she was still able to do one hair where she then cut me, the wax was too hot and she burned my skin off wish i didn’t tip
Left brows to thin and no shape was formed, made my eyebrows uneven
I always have good experience with this place but I paid with card & get notifications when transactions are made, well Ii paid for 2 which was $31.98 I clicked no tip this was yesterday. Well cash app notified me of the transaction went to $31.98 to $36.98 without my approval! So those paying with cards watch out! I didn't never catch it until this time no telling how many other times it's happened without being caught onto
