I walked in and immediately spotted some people inside so I figured that it wouldn't be too bad, I guessed wrong. When the people were done with their brows it was my turn and I specifically told her that I wanted a little bit of my brows threaded but she clearly didn't listen to me and left my brows very thin!! 0/10 experience I'm never coming here again!!

The eyebrow tech snipped a good portion of my eyelashes off the tip off my left eye. She did not have me hold my skin taught while she was threading. I asked them for medium brows but they came out thin and uneven. Its sad that I waited in a long line and paid just for them to mess up my eyebrows AND my eyelashes. It's going to take months to grow back my eyelashes. . .

I came to do my brows she left them super uneven I wanted wax she insisted on thread I let her do her thing I trusted she would do them good but she left them super uneven and thin
