I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience—until today. I usually request a clean-up and specifically ask that my brows not be left too thin, and in the past, they’ve always done an amazing job. Unfortunately, the person who did my brows today seemed rushed and careless. One brow ended up noticeably thinner than the other, with uneven arches—one much higher and the other much lower—making my face look completely unbalanced.
