There was a young Hispanic girl that threaded my eye brows....OMG my eyebrows looked HORRIBLE! I started out with eye brows, she threaded them til I had a thin line of eye brows!🤬😡 If I could give them a 0 I would!! The younger staff I have witnessed are always on their phones and paying less attention to the clients. Every time I go there is new staff, never any consistency!!!
In my opinion- there should be honesty up front to the customer of the “threader” process is not typical to the process traditional threading is done. Visiting here and didn’t have time to go to my regular threader back at home. Was in the mall and opted to get them done at this shop. The threader was in the middle of doing a customer so I waited and occupied myself by talking to my hubby on the phone. My turn . I sat down and started to communicate how I prefer my eyebrows. Very bad service, workers are lazy and they smell weird, dont go, haha jk go get your eyebrows done 😂
