I always go and love the gorgeous Egyptian girl that does the threading but last time an older shorter lady did and did a horrible job she was so aggressive. Quite disappointed

the lady was on the phone the entire time. she didn't brush my brows before threading and my eyebrows are 2 DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES. oh and they also don't do refunds. i went in the next day, and told her about my experience with this particular salons and other brow art 23 salons and explained that the steps she took versus other stores weren't the same (which is understandable everyone does the different) but i showed her a photo of them before i walked in and after. they are visibly different. everyone i know has menti... read more
Love my brow lady always comes out perfect
I had the BEST experience with Maysa for eyebrow threading! She is seriously amazing at what she does. She took her time to shape my brows perfectly to my face and made sure every detail was flawless. The process was quick, clean, and way less painful than I expected.
