I LOVE it. New & great experience for me. Fast & clean eyebrows.
Worse place ever! I never have issues with the one at the Southcenter mall. I just wanted to do a clean up on my brows and one of the ladies only threaded a few pieces of hair but made it seem like she was doing a full clean and trim. The lady didn’t even trim my brows and I still have a bunch of hair that wasn’t threaded. Never coming back.
I have been going here for over a year. I am not coming back after today’s service. The lady who did my brows did a terrible job, uneven eyebrows and I had to tell her to trim it. And tried to charge me for a service that I already prepaid.

One woman there pushes so hard on extra services and makes remarks about your looks to try and get you to buy them. After I repeatedly said no, she wouldn’t stop and kept talking about the hair on my chin. She also kept snapping at me about the positions of my hands and aggressively moved them where they needed to be. I prepaid for several services, but I’m never going back again. How do I go about getting my money back? I’ve never left an establishment shaking mad before. Awful
