I had such a great experience at Brow Arc in Tacoma! The salon is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional—they really take the time to listen to what you want and deliver results that exceed expectations. My brows were shaped perfectly, and the service was quick but never rushed. You can tell they care about quality and client comfort. I’m so glad I found this location—definitely my new go-to spot in Tacoma!

Worse place ever! I never have issues with the one at the Southcenter mall. I just wanted to do a clean up on my brows and one of the ladies only threaded a few pieces of hair but made it seem like she was doing a full clean and trim. The lady didn’t even trim my brows and I still have a bunch of hair that wasn’t threaded. Never coming back.

I have been going here for over a year. I am not coming back after today’s service. The lady who did my brows did a terrible job, uneven eyebrows and I had to tell her to trim it. And tried to charge me for a service that I already prepaid.
