My mom came in to get threaded, she said before starting that she's getting a facial tomorrow and not to cut up her skin, she comes back looking like this, she's never come home from an appointment this cut up and if she couldn't do the job without bloodshed she should've said that instead of carrying out the service and taking my moms money.

They do a great job on my eyebrows, but each time they try to sell me a membership and are kind of pushy about it. I have to say no a few times. I prefer to pay per session and let them know that, but they still try to sell it. Otherwise I like how my eyebrows come out.

"MY 1ST VISIT - NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR ME! I NEEDED. MORE BROW! __ THE BROW IS ON THE BONE & NEEDED TO BEGIN LIKE AN ARCH CLOSE TO THE NOSE ITHOUGH NOW APPEARS STRAIGHT ACROSS! & DOSEN'T MAKE THE UPPER EYE SOCKET LOOK GOOD! __PROCESS OF SAWING OFF MY EYEBRWS NOT A GLREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME! __ WISHED LADY HAD SHOWN ME PHOTO POSSIBILITIES & CREATED A SPECIAL CURVED EYEBROW LOOK FOR ME!
