I do NOT recommend! got my brows threaded here 3 days ago and my upper eye hurts and has red bumps on it! This is unacceptable! The process was also super painful, much more than other places. And they also stare at the tipping screen while you pay so you feel pressured to tip! Brow threading itself was $17 so asking for a tip is ludicrous. Stay away.
I went to this place two different times because I made the mistake to buy multiple services, only for my eyelid to be badly hurt right before a very important event. The way it hurts is unbelievable!!! I also tried with different ladies and it didn’t matter, they don’t know what they’re doing!!! Just save your money and don’t go there. Worst place ever !!!
i would give zero stars if able!! i went for the first time as my usual person was booked and regret it so much! not only was it so much more expensive than what i pay for, the customer service was terrible!! manjit called my name and didn't tell me what to do and kept standing there doing nothing before my service stated. i have also never had someone break the thread 6 times in just doing my brows and it was so much more painful than needed as they would go over so slowly where you feel every strand being ripped out indivi... read more
