Absolutely worst experience getting my eyebrows done. Would give zero stars. Not only was it painful but it felt like the lady last night was being too rough AND didn't know what they were doing.

Disappointed that I was overcharged $130.93 for a brow clean up, a $16.00 visit! The company has made no effort to contact me and remedy the mistake! Upsetting that this company chooses to rip off their customers! I WILL NOT GO BACK and will warn others as well!

I do NOT recommend! got my brows threaded here 3 days ago and my upper eye hurts and has red bumps on it! This is unacceptable! The process was also super painful, much more than other places. And they also stare at the tipping screen while you pay so you feel pressured to tip! Brow threading itself was $17 so asking for a tip is ludicrous. Stay away.
