2 star because this is my first bad experience here. I have came here for such a long time and always leave extremely happy. Today not so much. The lady was distracted by someone bringing something in for her, and rushed through my eyebrows. I have very perfect thick eyebrows and my eyebrows were absolutely ruined today, they are now so thin where it looks like I took a pencil and disgustingly drew them on. Brow Arc has great customer service. I got eyebrow threading done and I absolutely love the results. My eyebrows have never looked better. 10/10 would recommend and I will go back anytime I visit Grand Junction. Thanks!
Yasamin did a perfect job tinting my eyebrows, including advice on color. I will definitely go back.
Yasamin has the best touch for threading! She has only what I can think to describe as a gentle touch! I will always ask for her if she is there! And yes .. my brows turned out excellent!
