I got my brows done by a woman who I’ve never seen in there before. (I checked the schedule on the website and it said her name was Sally? I honestly don’t remember what it said at sign in). Sadly, after nearly a decade of being a loyal customer, I’m not sure if I will be returning. After my most recent appointment, my eyebrows were left damaged—threading caught my skin and caused a tear, and a noticeable chunk of my eyebrow was removed. way too overpriced. tried taking a picture of my boyfriend getting his eyebrows done and got yelled at for taking a video because someone asked if i was. unsure of what the service ladies name was. was also asking. about prices and she said 4 would be 55 but then turned around an said no 17 a person. which is what the thing said but unsure why she would say 55 for 4 people and turn around and change it. it used to be a way better experience. probably won’t go again.

It took me some time to write this, but my last three visits here were very disappointing. I’ve decided to go somewhere else. I really tried to give them another chance, but three times in a row is too much. For whatever reason, they just can’t get my eyebrows right. I missed Rita.
