2 for 2 this place doesn’t have good boiled seafood. Dined in a couple mths ago got boiled crawfish they were okay at best. Gave them another shot today got 1 dozen crabs through drive through and they were some of the worst crabs I’ve ever had. Ate 4 and as I’m writing this review I’m waiting on my order of crawfish from cest bon. Didn’t even finish them. They had no flavor were dry as hell they dusted them SO MUCH that it didn’t even melt they were just coated in seasoning as if they bagged them cold and then dusted them. ... read more
I had such a great experience at Broussard’s Boiling Pot that I completely forgot to take a picture of my main meal which says a lot! I ordered 3 lbs of spicy boiled crawfish, and the seasoning was absolutely incredible. It had the perfect balance of heat with a subtle sweetness that made it seriously addictive. We’ve been to at least three other crawfish spots in town, and this one easily takes the cake.
