Do not rent with these people they do bad business James is a complete ripoff artist the apts is called coaches plaza building 134 I left apt clean put in notice to leave in Feb was out the apt march and he still charge me for march and we left apt clean he still charge me for that and I never left a piece of paper in there he charge for light bulbs carpet cleaning and all this stuff is normal wear and tear what you can walk on a carpet the only thing I feel I should be charge for is a mount it had in front room the reason w... read more
Rented from Broussard properties LLC , had such a an amazing experience. Always kind, polite, and never let me down. Kept the property up and running. Will always rent from them.
Poor customer service. Does not reply to maintenance request. Massively overcharges for old rundown properties. I wouldn't be surprised if they attack me for posting this review. Avoid at all cost.
