My family and I reserved the Mary O'Conner house for Thanksgiving 2020, we had paid for the unit in full three weeks in advance. On the day we where scheduled to check in, we called to ask for directions and spoke to Helen. Much to our surprise Helen had double booked our room. I stated to her that we are in town looking for our villa that we paid for in advance and what are we supposed to do (its not easy finding a place for a family of 6).
