I wish negative stars were a thing. Incredibly greedy and incredibly rude. NEVER do business with these scammers, cause they’ll squeeze you for every penny for anything.
Stay far away from this company! They will waste your time & nickel & dime you. They will also refer you to a finance company that is just as incompetent. Because of so many incompetent People in both companies, we've been living in our old home without plumbing & heat for 3 weeks & it’s winter up here. We were just informed our closing is delayed till after the holiday. This has now become an unhealthy situation.
I'm starting my second month living in a gem of a small house from Broughman Builders. I could not be more pleased. They were pros from start to finish, decent and kind people, and have been prompt to follow up with any questions I have had after moving in. The designs are beautiful and unique. Mike Wight helped me find the perfect land to go with my chosen house model. Thanks to the whole team. I definitely recommend them!
My fiance and I decided to go through Broughman Builders after seeing some of their products at a home show. We thought the quality was just what we were looking for in a first home. We set up a meeting with a representative, and after a while came to a model we loved. We told him we wanted to keep around $180k, and after finding land we were able to build on, were informed that if we were able to do $190k we'd be able to get a modular built the way we wanted it.
