I visited Dr. Brontzman about a year ago, and it’s the first time I almost walked out of an appointment. There is a woman at the front desk who is extremely abrasive, and Dr. Brontzman left me waiting for over an hour after the start of my appointment. When he finally came in, he didn’t even acknowledge the time or apologize. They tried so hard to upsell their in-house therapies that it felt like a scam. I had a great experience when visiting this office. Staff was helpful and friendly in general, and the surgeon honestly recommended that in my case an expensive procedure was unnecessary and that therapy was a better solution.
Dr Brotzman did a great job managing our son’s injury and was instrumental in getting him back to competitive tennis! Highly recommend
