Terrible patient service. Lack of moral. They literally took 1.5 months to call me to schedule my test that the Dr ordered and that was after I kept messaging asking to be scheduled. Dr Brotze lacks bedside manners. I will be going to another Dr. I will call the medical board on him because DO NO HARM isn't his practice. The girl who called SHONTAE was rude and she also doesn't know how to do her job. She saw my other radiology test and still scheduled my procedures on top of my other appointment.
