always patient and nice. his office people are very kind.
Doctor and his nurse treated me in condescending manner when they learned that I'm disabled. Nurse was extremely rude (never smiled, ignored my questions, made snarky comments when I spoke to my husband). I came in for my impressions after the doctor gave us an estimate for denture, sent me to a surgeon to pull my teeth out, and we took out a loan for this purpose. When we came to Doctor Brotherton ( I had most of my teeth pulled for him) he ignored my questions regarding the procedure, and his nurse was extremely rude. He s... read more
