Offers The BEst Service – Brotherton offers the best service of any car dealership I've ever dealt with. I've owned a good dozen cars, and have purchased and had service from many dealerships (including BMW, Maserati, and Honda). But only Brotherton makes me feel like I'm shopping at Nordstrom and am the most important customer. very involvde with local causes – Sales people are friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable regarding their products and very involved with their local causes!
They are the greatest! – When we found out that the Pontiac Grand Prix was not going to be built anymore we decided we needed one. Naturally contacting our local dealers in this area Northern Wisconsin they did us NO favors to get us in a '08 GP. The last resort was a dealer from my home town got us a name of only two dealers in the US (Kentucky and Washington) that had exactly what we wanted. Extraordinary – Several years back we purchased a 2002 Cadillac STS from Gary Brady. He was extraordinary! Since then, we've recommended Brotherton & specifically Gary, to friends & potential buyers.Since then, my family bought what appeared to be a gorgeous CTS-V, unfortunately it tuned out to not be the car of our dreams, but Gary & the crew at Brotherton worked to make us happy, & helped us into another vehicle.I will ALWAYS consider Brotherton 1st in purchasing a new or used car.
