I paid for my order in full nine days ago, and it has not shipped. My multiple emails and attempts to call have gone unanswered since last Wednesday. I understand delays happen, but the complete lack and seeming avoidance of information or communication has left me frustrated and angry. I'm unclear if or when my order is going to ship at this point.
I made my purchase 11/24/23.. in December I reached out to them 12/14/23 . Their response is it will be in next week and will be shipped out.. well here it is 1/16/24 and I haven't got my order and there has been no communication from them regarding my order. If I was you I would not do business with them you would be better going somewhere else. This place sucks and does not know what customer service is.. honestly I wish I would have read the reviews cause apparently I am not the only one..
I ordered a piece from them Nov 30th and I still have no shipping date. I feel like I'm being scammed here. This is ridiculous. I'm not rich and these pieces are not cheap at this point I just want a refund. The sad part is this was suppose to be a birthday present for my sister! I CAN NOT and WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone!
I made a purchase 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve received shipments from Canada quicker than BwG. And your phone system is a scam, y’all don’t answer your phones Monday through Friday ever and only respond 72 hours later via email. Last purchase I ever make on your site. Ordered September 16th, *paid for 1-2 day shipping for context* it is now October 17th and there has been no shipping updates or anything, they refuse to refund me, I still have 0 clue when or IF I’m going to receive my stemline. At this point I expect my stemline and a refund because this is RIDICULOUS. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE/WEBSITE. The only good thing about this dang company is Junne helping with emails, I’m sorry Junne has to deal with this NON SENSE. They deserve a raise
