Horrible experience that could have been corrected! Owner John was a bully. First day they started the roof they dented my vent causing carbon monoxide poisoning deadly levels to my home. I didn't ask them to correct this issue ( even though my Sunrun rep told me to). I let it go as an accident! Only asked to correct the roof and debris! Still haven't heard back after being intimidated by the owner over a vent that I never even asked them to handle.
