Brothers Restoration helped me out with an attic mold issue on a home I was selling. Timeline was very tight and they came through for me with the correct and sensible option to address the issue rather than the ridiculous overkill a couple of other services quoted. Quick and efficient response and exactly what I needed.
Outstanding. We had some issues come up on a recent home inspection and these guys were on it. We had to have a crawlspace vapor barrier installed and attic mold remediation. They worked around our schedule and got the job done saving us big-time at closing. Will be recommending to anyone in need.
I do NOT recommend, avoid at all costs! Brothers restoration gave us a quote for water damage from the hose that leaked into our basement. They were quick to come out for estimate and take our down payment. After having our money, they did not show up FIVE times. Every time they confirmed appointment, then like clockwork, backed out a half hour before the DAY OF. They never picked up the phone to explain, just hid behind emails and texts. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Keith at brothers restoration failed to communicate (went completely out of pocket the day of scheduled project date) and then failed to bring the correct equipment to our follow up date, to push the work back to yet the following week because he didn’t schedule the follow-up test on the correct date. He also misread the mold test and information I had sent him (!!) and had no idea what was going on when I called him about it.
