Very poor. I wanted to get my mortgage loan modified to make the payments affordable again. The counselor failed to follow through, failed to arrive for scheduled appointments, failed to respond to emails and phone calls. The counselor's supervisor was informed and did nothing. If you have a problem with your mortgage you need someone who is going to take action, help you identify a program that will help you and help you apply for it, and to do so in a timely manner as a foreclosure might be imminent.
