I called at 8:30am and was told they would be out that day, though it might not be till the afternoon. I said that was fine as long as they came that day, as it was Friday. At 3pm they hadn't showed so I called to confirm and was told they were working on getting someone out. They never showed up and did not even call.

Grant was friendly, driven, hard-working and went above and beyond. Our business usually has a leak detectionist come out and find the leak before calling you guys and WELL, we were told a couple areas and it turned out to be wrong. Grant did not give up and was able to find the leak and repair it. We are grateful for Brother's Plumbing and very appreciative for all the work they have done for our business. Thank you!

We had a plumber from this company come out and diagnose our problem. It was an easy drain repair. He said he needed to order a part and it would just be a few days to get back out. A week went By and I called and was told the technician would get back to me, and nothing. I called again and the technician never got back to me. Just can’t say enough about the lack of communication and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Guests in town & our water heater goes down. Matt from Brother's called right back and was out within an hour with a replacement. We were up and running less than two hours later. Matt was friendly and professional on the phone and even better in person. Thanks gang!
