The crew I had were rude and potentially con artists. We were experiencing water pressure issues with our well, so we called Brothers Plumbing. From the moment they arrived, Wes said that we probably had a pump problem - without even looking! They proceeded to change the pump capacitors without asking for my permission or providing a quote.
