Kylie was our server , she was rude , had to repeatedly ask for napkins and lemon and ice - when the food was delivered she told me the order was made wrong and it will be another 10-15 minutes - with two little kids I said just cancel the order She didn’t even have the decency to ask if there was anything that she could do she was very rude from this point on - will never make the mistake of eating here again
RecommendedI had their Italian Wrap and it was so good that I took the other half home! The waitress was an absolute delight! The wait time wasn't that long either!
I recently moved to Key West, and am craving Brothers soo badly! I cannot wait to be up in State College so I can have it at least 3x! ❤️💕❤️. Please come to Key West!
Best pizza we’ve ever had ln state college! Great service and the restaurant was clean and very homey. Definitely coming back and highly recommend it. Owners and staff very friendly.
Horrible customer service. I called to see if they would donate to a Veteran's organization that I volunteer with. First off - I was hung up on. I called back and obviously spoke with the manager who was not friendly at all. I was told that he didn't know me and I didn't know him and he doesn't donate and he, again, hung up on me. That will be the last time I visit that place. HORRIBLE way to treat people!
I absolutely love Eddie and I love his food but this time, this restaurant was just absolutely horrible. I even went and asked for a rag to wipe my own table and chairs down. That's not his fault, that's the employees being lazy. Our server was horrible. She argued over a dirty plate, she threw our food down and threw the bill down and never once checked on us. You are cheap with your food. Very little toppings, dry tuna, small servings of cauliflower, etc. One slice of tomato on a sandwich doesn't constitute toppings.
