We are happy with the quality and workmanship of our master bathroom shower pan and tile repair that Jason and his son LJ did for us. They are both knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Jason explained to us how he would properly install a new waterproof shower floor. He recommended one of the places we go to choose tile was Daltile. Allison at Daltile was very creative and helpful. Jason and his crew at Artistic are great! They all went the extra mile to help us from design to installation to clean up. Always courteous and on time. Communication was excellent. Remodels on an older home((1930) can be tricky, but they were able to not only work with those challenges but made the necessary upgrades to make the new shower not only compliant to current codes but much more structurally sound than the original. This was our first bathroom remodel and Jason took his time to discuss the process with us. Jason answered our many questions and made sure he knew what was most important to us in our remodel. Even when I was second guessing my selections and the layout, Jason came back to discuss the plan, answer my questions and provide expert advice.
