DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DAMAGED SOME OF MY FURNITURE, AND THEY DONT LET YOU INSPECT IT BEFORE SIGNING A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. THEY KEEP FURNITURE IN POORLY SEALED WOODEN CRATES IN A SHOP BEHIND SOMEONES MOBILE HOME. Pay someone else to move and store your valuable items. Terrible customer service and communication. Several pieces of furniture was damaged. I had a wall and door damaged. Movers left their trash for us to clean up. I was quoted for 2 trucks and 4 crew. 1 truck and 5 crew guys showed up and said they added a 5th guy to cover the lack of the second truck. Very misleading on the qoute! Very disappointing service for this price. Save yourself and pay the extra for better quality movers so you do not have to worry about all the damaged furniture. Excellent moving experience! The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They handled our items with care and worked seamlessly together. Moving days are never easy, but they made it as smooth as possible. Would absolutely use them again.

We had Michael’s crew out to our home for an in-town move, and they were fantastic. Six team members arrived on time, completed a thorough walkthrough to understand what was going and what was staying, and immediately got to work. They asked questions when needed and made sure everything was carefully and securely wrapped. The team was efficient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I just want to say these guys did an amazing job from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. They showed up on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was their attitude.
