Had to file with my lawyer to attempt to get money back that is owed . Not an honest business person
I spent two months getting quotes and Technical information from numerous (7) roofing contractors. Isaac at BMR was the best I found. He is just a really good guy all the way around and was great to work with. He was a great communicator, came to our house numerous times and answered MULTIPLE follow-up questions I had about the different options. Isaac and crew were very accommodating and friendly. Very transparent on what the job would take and cost. Work quality top notch. The new metal roof and gutter system look and sound great !
Isaac and Carson are great dudes. Did a very nice job replacing my metal porch roof and even helped me out by hanging some shutters while they were at it. Definitely recommend!
Midway through the project, they suddenly told me additional repairs were needed due to the roof’s age. While I understand that can happen, the way they handled it felt unprofessional. There was no clear explanation or documentation—just a higher bill at the end
