Avoid renting through this company at all costs. My son is in a house managed by them and they have no AC and no working washer and dryer. They’ve been waiting weeks. It’s a safety concern at this point. They should be shut down immediately.
The WORST company to work with. I do not think customer service exists here. If you can avoid at all cost leasing through them... The saga continues. Still can not get my deposit released over a uear later.
I know that a lot of you guys won’t a choice to rent through them or not, but if you can help it RUN FAR AWAY. We’ve had a million issues. The maintenance men keep messing things up. Our air conditioning and dishwasher have been broken for weeks.
Brothers nickels and dimes tenants. They are the only payee I have that charges a fee for paying direct with a bank account. I guess they can get away with it because their tenants are mostly Baylor students. Also, their online portal is not user friendly. Very confusing. Wish our landlord would choose another management company.
