On 1/18/25 I visited Brothers Main website to look at 18 " dishwashers. I chose one and then put my needs into their offered chat option. They replied we will be with you shortly. Two days later, no reply, I asked what do you consider shortly? This time they gave me a canned message of their hours and said they would reply shortly. No reply. Yesterday, 1/25 I called. The machine said all associates are busy, please leave a message and someone would return my call. No return call. I guess I will by my dishwasher elsewhere.
