Poor service to a whole new level Ordered a range on March 1, 2021. Was told by Gary H it could be as much as 8 weeks but more likely 4-6. After I contacted Gary many times he says yes it is in and set for delivery on Friday May 7th almost 10 full weeks after order. I take the afternoon off work so be there and they never show. I called them several times and nobody had any idea when it would arrive. Over the weekend Gary tells me he has no idea why it was not delivered but it has been rescheduled for Monday the 10th. ... read more
