Brothers Home Improvement has been my go-to window company forever. They have replaced windows at 4 of my own personal homes and I have referred them to my clients many times. They follow through with their commitments and have great customer service people that keep you informed of the progress of your job. I love their warranty and our rep, Drew Bishop, is always knowledgable about the different products and upgrades and what they mean to me as a homeowner. I will only use Brothers Home Improvement for my window jobs.
Bill lady Angel was very rude and condescending every time she calls. She treats me like garbage and tries to make it look like I’m treating her bad. She doesn’t remember the last conversation I’ve had with her.
