Two years ago Brothers installed a new furnace/AC unit for us. They were there as promised, installation and cleanup was great. Now two years later I'm having trouble with my air conditioner A-coil leaking water on my basement floor. I've been calling Brothers for two weeks and I can't get them to even call me back. My husband and I bought a home and within 3 weeks our furnace went out. Being first time home owners we had no idea what to do. It was very cold in our home, between 30-40 degrees when we woke up. Our 8 week old puppy was shivering so bad. The technician answered the phone a 4 am and came out before I left for work so I didn't have to worry about the dogs while I was at work. Just had Brothers out to check my furnace that was not igniting. I put the call into them this morning and it was returned promptly. They were at my house earlier than promised and got the furnace working within minutes. I have a terrible fear of heating & cooling companies taking my last penny. What I was charged was more than fair. This was my first experience with them. I decided to call them based on the reviews here and it was the right decision. Finally, I have found a reasonably priced and competent HVAC company!
This is the second time I had Brothers out for service and both times have been a good experience. Joshua is certainly a guy you can trust! I highly recommend them for heating and cooling since both visits have been for each one! They'll be installing a new ac unit next week since it was an honest quote and good warranty!
Awesome service! I searched the yellow pages last week and ended up calling Brother's because of the other reviews I read here, and I am very happy I did - they were right. The service was friendly and above expectation. Joshua was very thorough in his cleaning and inspection of my A/C, water heater and fireplace. Thanks so much guys! Last year I had Jeremiah and the Brother's crew swap out my old 80% efficeint furnace with a brand new 90%+ and I couldnt be happier! First of all, the gas bill is noticably lower in the winter. I was was elligable for full energy tax credits & best of all, the furnace and AC works great! Top Notch Work! We had Jeremiah give us a bid for our new construction home, and was one of the best prices, though not the cheapest Brothers came in high referral from a friends home they had done, so I went with them. I am so glad I did! Jeremiah, Mike, & Mike gave me top notch service and put up with all my changes without an extras charge also didnt skimp and use the cheapest products. (Sorry again guys). One of my friends told me to call Joshua at Brothers for a replacement quote when my ancient furnace started to fail. I had two other companies give me a replacement price before my appointment with Brothers. When Joshua came out, the very first thing he did was see if he could fix the furnace at a reasonable price.
