My wife called to have a glass installed yesterday about 10:30 is when they said they would be here she called about 1:00 and the lady said the installers took a personal day off but she never thought to call and inform us, so they rescheduled for today around noon I just called and they can't make it but they were kind enough to reschedule I asked her if she though I was a complete moron to waste a third day on them not calling or showing up. Very poor way to do business
