Excellent work for the most part and quick correction to excellent when it wasn't right
We had Brothers Flooring install hardwood on our main floor and then had them come back and install hardwood on our stairs and LVP on our second floor. We absolutely love our new floors! Marco went above and beyond! He was so professional, and we loved working with him. We couldn’t be happier, and would highly recommend them.
This company stands behind their work, they truly want you to be totally satisfied and happy. Chad did a GREAT job on our basic screen and coat.
Great experience overall. They were flexible with our tight schedule and got it done very fast.
I called brother'd to get an estimate on our master bedroom floor. Dan came out within the hour to measure and take look at the floor. Determined it could be stripped and stained. We accepted the estimate, set up a time. Received a call half hour before they were suppose to start saying they would be 6 Hours late. I was not happy. Chad arrived late afternoon and got right to work. A stain was decided but it came out to yellow.
