I called brother'd to get an estimate on our master bedroom floor. Dan came out within the hour to measure and take look at the floor. Determined it could be stripped and stained. We accepted the estimate, set up a time. Received a call half hour before they were suppose to start saying they would be 6 Hours late. I was not happy. Excellent all around! I experienced clear, honest and thorough communication with Brother's Flooring. I am out of state from my property and Angelique made the process very easy for me. The floor is beautiful in the photos and the workmanship by Enrique is very well done. He also communicated very well with me throughout the process. My property manager looked at the floor in person and says it looks absolutely gorgeous! Very very happy, would definitely recommend to others and will use again.
We desperately needed to replace our carpet. Brothers ripped it out, laced in new floors with our old, beat up ones, and sanded the whole thing to go from dark to light & bright. You’d never know. It looks like the whole thing went in at the same time. Great job, really nice folks, too. I must’ve called the office a dozen times to ask questions, and they gave me so much patience. I recommend.
