Excellent all around! I experienced clear, honest and thorough communication with Brother's Flooring. I am out of state from my property and Angelique made the process very easy for me. The floor is beautiful in the photos and the workmanship by Enrique is very well done. He also communicated very well with me throughout the process. My property manager looked at the floor in person and says it looks absolutely gorgeous! Very very happy, would definitely recommend to others and will use again.
We desperately needed to replace our carpet. Brothers ripped it out, laced in new floors with our old, beat up ones, and sanded the whole thing to go from dark to light & bright. You’d never know. It looks like the whole thing went in at the same time. Great job, really nice folks, too. I must’ve called the office a dozen times to ask questions, and they gave me so much patience. I recommend.
Chad from Brothers Flooring did a magnificent job on our discolored oak wood floors. He showed up on time with a strong positive attitude and did exactly what he said he would do and more. I realize the layout and condition of our floors was a definite challenge. He handled like the pro he is. I would highly recommend him and Brothers Flooring for you wood flooring projects.
BROTHERS FLOORING NEEDS TO BE YOUR GO TO GUYS!! My parents installed our hardwood floors over 20 years ago so saying these floors were rough is an understatement, add in that we have also had dogs the entire time… Meaning that these floors were really really bad (deep scratches, urine stains, deep ingrained grime, water damage from dishwasher/ dog bowls, etc..). Dispatch called me 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up to give me an estimate for a job just to cancel because they couldn't find a place to park. They would not even consider the job after that even though I told them there was ample private parking behind my building. Unless you have LOADS of parking, don't call them.
