I’m very disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled, but they completely wasted my time. I waited for three days and no one showed up — no call, no update, nothing. My time is valuable, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you care about reliable service, I would not recommend them based on my experience.
An estimator, Bob, came to my home to give me an estimate on a couple of small projects I don't have time for. Halfway through explaining what I am looking for Bob gets a disgusted look on his face, interrupts me and tells me that what I am telling him is illegal and against code (junction box in the ceiling that was put there by a previous electrician). I had Brian and Swanson out to my home today from Brothers Electric. They listened to the issue I was having and came up with a great solution. They called ahead to let me know they were coming and were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
