I had an external power line come loose from my home business. Other companies quoted me exorbitant amounts of money to fix. But Brother's came in and were honest, fair, and realistic. After all my struggles with other places, I learned from Brother's I actually did NOT need a full system replacement. I just needed help repairing what I had. We had the electric pole on our property knocked down by a construction truck, which the cables were directly connected to our roof. It all got yanked out. It was a mess. Electricity went out at our Airbnb with guests in the house! We got a recommendation to call Brothers Electric. Kim answered immediately and was great on the phone. She sent us the 5 star crew, Joe and Al. Power was back on by 2pm. The guests hardly noticed. Would recommend Brothers to anyone!
Great service from Brother's. We've had them out 10 or so times in the past 20+ years. Always prompt and professional, and fairly priced.
I’m very disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled, but they completely wasted my time. I waited for three days and no one showed up — no call, no update, nothing. My time is valuable, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you care about reliable service, I would not recommend them based on my experience.
