Dillion was extremely professional and polite. Walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Cleaned up extremely well as if he was never here. We noticed an immediate difference once he was done. Our vents are flowing with air, something we haven’t had in several areas of our home in sometime. So glad we got the service.
Dillan repaired some ductwork for me and truly went above and beyond my expectations. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend working with him and the team at Duct Brothers. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but they also saved me a significant amount of money compared to other companies that quoted the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Dishonest company I initially had a very positive impression of this company — they were responsive and seemed professional during the quoting process. The reason for my review is their advertised promotion: “We’ll beat your furnace quote by $1,000 or give you $100.” After getting a quote from them, I ultimately chose another company. Dillan was awesome. Great explanation let me know what he was working on cleaned everything up nicely even though it’s snowed today would definitely request him again.
Duct brothers did a great job for us, especially Dillan Swank. They were great explaining what was needed, then just got to work and did it, only checking in if they needed more info, and even found problems we didn't know about. Really appreciate the professionalism and hard work on our behalf. They got us down from losing almost 50% of our air to under 2%.
