I had an amazing experience with Brothers Collision & Auto Repair! ! The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient especially Alma! They quickly explained exactly what needed to be repaired, walked me through the costs upfront, and kept the process simple and stress-free. The quality of their work was excellent, and they got my car back to me faster than I expected. I couldn't recommend them enough--if you're looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch service, this is the place to go!
Great place. They kept me updated on my car; how long it would take, what needed to be changed and they even detailed my car. The receptionist is really friendly and the mechanic knew exactly what to do. Will definitely be coming back here.
These people are extremely irresponsible with the dogs they’ve had. They neglected both of them and both died. Both got ran over. First of all, I live three blocks away from this place and I walk my dogs in this neighborhood. I am familiar with this business and the way they mistreated their dogs and allowed both of them to get out of their business dozens of times and both eventually were hit by cars and passed away. Brothers Collision did great work on my vehicle. I brought in a '95 Crown Victoria which needed a full front bumper replacement, and without complaint they sourced the parts, completed the repair, and even went above and beyond cleaning my car. While it did take a decent amount of time, that was due to difficulty locating and acquiring some rare parts. I would come to Brothers again if I ever needed more body work done.
Brothers collision did a wonderful job with my bumper replacement and paint. Alma and the front office was a professional and communicate communicated above and beyond With me about the cost, the process, and the time frame. The car looks fantastic and as a bonus, they washed in detailed my car inside and out. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs body repair.
