I'm leaving one star because I went to their store and bought hair that they told me was very good, 100% human. I paid over $100 for each bundle, I bought three in total and when they flat ironed them they melted from the heat and stuck to the flat iron. It was a remix, not 100% human hair. To me, that's a rip-off
