Maybe I missed something... – I went to Brother's based on several recommendations and I left wondering what I had missed. My BBQ chicken sandwich was small, overpriced, and filled with little pieces of bone as if they hacked into a whole chicken with reckless abandon. It was disgusting. Then they charged me extra for a couple of pickle slices without even advising me that they would cost extra. dry white meat chicken, not fond of the sauce – I love barbeque but this was a disappointment. I could not believe a restaurant thatspecializes in BBQ could dry out a breast of chicken so badly. It was so dry, in fact, it was stuck unto itself. I had to tear it off the bone. It was almost like eating cardboard. The sauce didnt do it for me. I havent tried the ribs cuz I dont eat pork-but i really wanted to like this place. They need to learn how to cook chicken.
Needs Fixing – I have bought their ribs since they first opened on Leetsdale. The ribs were fabulous then. I have tried them several times recently and regretfully won't be back until they are back on track. On each occasion the ribs were dry with an off taste and seemed old. Something is wrong at Bros, and I hope they get it fixed.

Hey Bro, Get Some Help – We placed a carry out for some BBQ before the Broncos/Pats game. When we arrived, the food was not ready. It wasn't ready 30 minutes later, either. They kept promising us it would be out in a minute. When the bag finally did come out, about 45 minutes late, they had run out of ribs. It was 6:30 PM! Until You Have Brothers, You Haven't Had BBQ! – I lived in the south for 11 years and I ate a lot of barbecue, but NONE of it was ever as good as Brothers BBQ. Their sauce is so incredible, I swear I could drink it. I am not a bean lover, but their beans are addictive. I don't order ribs at most barbecue joints because they are usually very fatty and have way too much sauce on them-- not Brothers!! THE BEST BBQ – The ribs here are great! Even though they put them on the grill, they still have a great flavor that goes great with their sauces. Also, the brisket is fantastic. I buy 1/2 lb. of brisket, a bun, and some coleslaw and make myself a great sandwich. The fries are also good - you get a good portion. Other than that, the hot links and the pulled pork are also good. I haven't tried all of their menu items, but what I have tried has been great!
User review by boulderbud – brothers bbq is by far the best bbq in town. the ribs were tender and jucy and they just fell off the bone every time. the beans had great flavor with bits of pork that were out of this world. the pork shoulder sandwich with cole slaw on top was also fantastic. after eating at all four resaurants the service was increadable at all of them with the best food at the monaco location. i would recommend this to anyone who know bbq and is looking for a place to get down and dirty.
Best in Denver by far! – I am a BBQ freak and the only place I eat BBQ in Denver is Brother's BBQ. I have had Q in K.C., Memphis,Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and everywhere in the South and Midwest. Basically I know my 'cue. Besides the great food (ribs especially) the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait long for my food and the place is always clean. I always bring all my friends and guests to one of the brothers locations when they come and visit. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
