good food- poor service. I've been twice in the past few months and each time they have forgotten something in my order. Last night I passed by on my way home and it sounded good so I decided to give it another try. The cashier seemed greatly inconvenienced when I came in though it was a little more than an hour before closing. He said he'd have to check to see if they still had beef ribs. Too many places to eat BBQ – The chicken wings tasted like they were boiled (watery) asked for pork ribs received beef ribs that were meatless. Brisket also lacked flavor. The sides were tiny. Over all there are so many awesome BBQ places to eat at that this place is a waste of energy and stomach space for such an unpleasant palate.
Pretty darn good! – My company hired Brothers BBQ to cater lunch for us on this week. Besides the coleslaw being kind of flavorless, it wasn't bad. The beans were REALLY good and the chicken was moist and well prepared. What really got me was their spicy BBQ sauce. Oh man! It made my eyes water & my nose run! Great Meat and Sauce Selections – After many great meals, my wife and I keep coming back for more BBQ. Our usual orders consist of the pork sandwich, the two meat combo with pork and beef brisket, or the rib and meat combo with brisket. Sides include great fries and coleslaw (which can also be used as a sandwich topper). Their sauce selection is also fairly comprehensive, which 6 different sauces. I'd recommend the Sweet or Original sauce, but they are all worth a try. This is definitely our go to place in Denver for BBQ.

Food bad, tea good – I just moved to Denver in May. I went to college at Wake Forest (we'll miss you Coach Prosser) and after college I stayed in the area up until just recently. We really have some great BBQ places around there if anybody wants to try the real thing--as in open pit BBQ where they cook with real fire and smoke. Anyhoo, I tried Famous Dave's out here and that really sucked, so someone in the office told me to go to Brothers.
