Being that there are a lower number of students at BSU, we took the opportunity to visit the campus businesses. We opted for BROTHERS, and are happy that we did. Our waitress was great, as was the food. The one issue, that kept the ranking from "excellent," was that the kettle chips were hard to digest

Friendly staff. Good value. My husband is not a big cheesecurd fan I however order them everywhere I see them. We tried Brother's the first time about 2 weeks ago, my hubby reluctantly told me to go ahead and order the cheesecurds but he was not going to eat much if any of them. He eat well more then 1/2 of them. He loved them and has told everyone how good they are. My only complaint is they are a little stingy with the queso sauce with my wrap.

on Wensday nights is mud club drinks are cheaper they have all kind of different drink each night. a great bar and cheap to get drunk if that's you goal. great bar for meeting people at too. most of the time its about 60/40 guys VS Girls but there are times when the Girls out number the guys at times.

In 2011 Milwaukee was deemed America's most segregated and racist metropolitan city and places like Brother's is the reason why. Why do we all get dressed up and go out on the weekends...to have fun just like everyone else... of every type of demographic. However Brother's bar and grill has made it clear that certain minorities, especially African Americans are not welcomed. My friends and I recently started coming back to this bar. Apparently there has been a change in management and new staff. And get this...they are friendly! They also have a DJ to keep the party going. I understand the people below complaining about the dress code. I talked to a bouncer and he said that the dress code is corporation wide and there is nothing they can do about it. Attended before an evening Nebraska Game and the place was very crowded. Our wait staff could not have done a better job. Drinks were never empty before new drinks were arriving. Tipping well to someone working hard for you does effect the service they provide.

Brothers has not gotten the concept of customer service, specifically the "customer is always right". The drinks are weak, the food is bad, the management seems to be "out to lunch" (to put it mildly), and the bartenders are generally 21 year old boys with BIG attitudes because someone is allowing them to make a drink (a bad drink at that). I am sure their parents would be so proud. I have been to this bar about 5 times and will never go back... tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so tried again.... They have the WORST service ever!!! Even when there is 10 bartenders you still can't get a drink for a half hour.
