Awful customer service experience, George gave us the run around stated numerous times we were approved for a vechicle would not answer the phone was always out of the office gave us numerous lies and excuses finally drove up there and he said he did not want to sell the car I have all his texts stating for sure thing approved then last minute he backed out! Horrible experience but found a wonderful truck low mileage and half the price elsewhere
Applied according to they’re craigslist ad it’s all false advertisement. They then said I needed a cosigner so my brother submits his information and Jorge the sales rep tells me he will have an answer for me by the end of that day that day was three days ago and still no call back and doesn’t return text messages this has got to be the worst car dealership ever do not waste your money here. And do not believe their false advertisement on craigslist it will take a hit on your credit and then you don’t even get approved

Horrible U-haul dealers! Made my reservation and when I showed up the guy working there said "Ruben" was gone and wouldn't be back for two more hours! He wasn't helpful at all and said "there was nothing he could do about it". Would never recommend this place! Put me in a bind for a move that had to be done that day!
Got my first car from Brother Auto Sales and they were very helpful and friendly! We went to other places but they by far had the friendliest attitudes and they were the most helpful place we went, glad to say we got the car from them!
