Extremely rude, drove down to the dealership and did not honor their word on my call valuation and found every single scratch and said it cost 250$ to fix each one. Would never contact them again over a car for sale, kept saying that the price of their car "didn't matter" when we were negotiating final price.
Nice vehicle and they are easy to work with.
